Terms & Conditions - Job opening Referral Program 2025

 

Job Opening Referrals 

  • Anyone participating in the job opening referral program can provide an unlimited amount of referrals. Each opening counts only once. 
  • If the same job opening is referred by more than one person, only the first person will be eligible to receive the referral award. 
  • The job opening shared with Ariad will be valid for a period of 6 months. If the job opening is filled by Ariad after that time, no reward will be paid. 
  • For contractor-based openings, the assignment must have a minimum duration of three months of full-time work to qualify for the referral reward.
  • The person providing the referral won’t receive any rewards if he/she has decision making power in the hiring process. 
  •  No referral will be considered in case the job opening already exists in the Ariad database and was added or updated in the last year. 
  • All hiring decisions will remain confidential.  

 

Referral Rewards 

  • The maximum referral reward is €3.000 and applies to a full-time, 12-month employment assignment. For shorter durations or part-time roles, the reward will be prorated accordingly.
     
  • If an assignment is initially less than 12 months but is later extended to a full year, the referral reward will be adjusted accordingly.
     
  • If your referred job opening leads to a first interview with the client, you will receive a reward of €250
    • This reward is granted regardless of whether or not the vacancy is filled by Ariad.
    • If the referral leads to a successful placement, the €250 will be applied toward the total referral reward
  • Rewards will be paid on a quarterly basis. The first payment will be issued after the end of the quarter in which the consultant begins to work on the referred vacancy.
     
  • Employees of Ariad that are working for the internal team are not entitled to the Referral Program.
