OUR STORY
2012-2013
Where it all began
Conversion Talentis born. A digital-first recruitment agency serving the Belgian market.
2015-2016
Going international
Conversion Talent took its first big step abroad byopening offices in Almería and Madrid. The idea was simple but ambitious: if we hire digital talent, we should also recruit digitally.
2017
Entering the Netherlands
Conversion Talent begins supporting its first clients in the Netherlands.
2018-2019
Sharpening our niche
Years of focus, strengthening our specializations in UX, Digital Marketing, CRM, and Analytics, positioning ourselves as a premium expert in Belgium.
2019
Joins 'House of HR'
2020
New name, new horizon
Conversion Talent officially became Ariad, reflecting a broader strategic vision in digital staffing and consultancy.
2023
Ariad joins Sisu Group
Ariad merged with Nedworks and became part of the Sisu Group.
2025
Ariad x Prosource
A powerful integration: together with Prosource, we become a true one-stop shop for Digital and ICT talent services.
