Terms & Conditions - Candidate Referral Program 2025

• Anyone following the employee referral program policy can provide an unlimited amount of referrals. Each candidate counts only once, though you can refer them for several positions. 
   
• No special advantages will be given to the referred candidate. 
   
• If the same candidate is referred by more than one person, only the first person will be eligible to receive the referral award. 
   
• The candidate shared with Ariad will be valid for a period of 6 months. If the person finds a mission via Ariad after that time, no reward will be paid. 
   
• When a referred candidate starts as a contractor, the minimum duration of the mission to be eligible for the referral award, is 3 months of full-time employment.  
   
• No referral will be considered in case the candidate exists already in the Ariad database and was added/updated in the last year. 
   
• All Hiring decisions will be kept confidential
   
• Employees of Ariad that are working for the internal team are not entitled to the Referral Program.

• The reward is of 500 euros.
   
• The reward is valid when the candidate presented accepts an assignment via Ariad for a minimum of three months.
   
• Rewards will be paid one month after the start of the mission of the referred candidate. 
   

• The person providing the referral won’t receive any rewards if he/she is involved in the hiring decision.
