About our role:
Our client operates in an insurance landscape currently undergoing rapid modernisation. The industry is being shaped by rising customer expectations for seamless digital services, an expanding emphasis on hybrid human–digital interactions, and the integration of advanced technologies such as AI, cloud-based data systems and predictive analytics. Insurers today are shifting from traditional product delivery towards intuitive online servicing, where customers expect clarity, speed and personalised value in every interaction.
Within this context, our client is searching for a curious, analytical and proactive professional to join their team as a Digital Analyst. In this role, you will transform raw data into meaningful insights, shape measurement frameworks that guide decision-making, and create digital experiences that help customers feel more informed and supported. You will be essential in helping teams understand user behaviour, experiment with new ideas and validate what truly works.
You will collaborate closely with multidisciplinary colleagues—marketing specialists, product owners, developers and fellow analysts—within a team committed to innovation and customer value. Your work will influence how customers navigate digital services and will support the broader mission of creating transparent, trustworthy and user-friendly insurance journeys. What you will be doing:
- Develop and refine measurement strategies that translate business goals and user needs into meaningful analytics frameworks.
- Connect and analyse multiple data sources, using tools such as JavaScript, SQL and BigQuery to uncover patterns and insights.
- Design, set up and evaluate experiments (A/B or multivariate) to validate hypotheses and inform digital optimisation.
- Interpret experimentation results using statistical methods to guide confident and data-driven decisions.
- Create clear dashboards, reports and visualisations to help teams understand performance and opportunities.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, product and technical stakeholders to ensure analytics solutions support their objectives.
- Explain findings in simple, accessible language that supports shared understanding across different knowledge levels.
- Contribute to a culture of experimentation by encouraging curiosity, evidence-based thinking and continuous improvement.
- Support the development of best practices in tagging, tracking and data governance.
What you bring:
- Ambition to further develop your career in digital analytics, experimentation and data-driven experience optimisation.
- More than five years of experience in digital analysis, experimentation or similar analytical roles.
- Previous experience in the insurance sector is a plus.
- Your strengths include analytics implementation, experimentation design, data storytelling and interpreting complex datasets.
- Experience working with tools such as JavaScript, SQL, BigQuery or experimentation platforms.
- Strong communication skills—both written and verbal—in French/English or Dutch/English.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and adapt communication to varied levels of analytics knowledge.
- Excellent organisational skills and the capacity to work autonomously with confidence.
