UX/UI Designer Consultant

The opportunity

This is an open application for a UX/UI Designer Consultant to join Ariad as an employee and contribute to future client projects. You may work on websites, platforms or mobile applications, applying research, design and collaboration to create intuitive, accessible digital experiences within our client’s teams.

What you'll do

• Design intuitive, visually compelling digital interfaces centred on user experience.

• Conduct user research and usability testing, translating insights into design decisions.

• Collaborate with product managers, developers and marketers to bring concepts to life.

• Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows and final UI designs using tools such as Figma.

• Maintain consistent and inclusive design language across digital touchpoints.

What you bring

• At least three years’ experience as a UX/UI Designer or in a similar role.

• A strong portfolio demonstrating user-centred design work across platforms.

• Strong command of design and prototyping tools, including Figma, Sketch or Adobe Creative Suite.

• Experience with design systems and accessibility standards.

• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluency in English.

• Useful, but not essential: Dutch or French language skills.
