Ariad is currently looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist for one of its key clients. This freelance opportunity offers an initial contract of three months with strong potential for extension. You will play a central role in attracting, assessing, and hiring talented professionals while acting as a trusted partner to hiring managers and HR stakeholders.

You will collaborate closely with HR Business Partners, hiring managers, and employer branding teams to deliver a high-quality recruitment process and an outstanding candidate experience. Your expertise will directly contribute to building strong and future-ready teams.

What you will be doing:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for external hiring and internal mobility opportunities.
• Act as a trusted recruitment partner for internal stakeholders and develop a deep understanding of their hiring needs.
• Conduct detailed intake meetings and translate business requirements into attractive and targeted job advertisements.
• Coordinate job posting visibility through various recruitment and employer branding channels.
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
• Conduct in-depth telephone and video interviews using competency-based interviewing techniques.
• Advise hiring managers and provide professional recommendations to support hiring decisions.
• Prepare and negotiate employment offers with selected candidates.
• Build strong relationships with candidates, managers, and HR stakeholders.
• Contribute innovative ideas and best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes.

What you bring:

• Ambition to further develop your career in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment.
• At least 3 years of experience in recruitment and selection.
• Experience recruiting technical, engineering, ICT, or specialist profiles.
• Strong expertise in competency-based interviewing and candidate assessment.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and efficiently manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
• Strong organisational and administrative skills with attention to detail.
• A collaborative mindset and willingness to contribute to a positive team culture.
• Continuous learning mindset and genuine curiosity about people and talent.
• Strong communication skills in both French and Dutch.
