Senior Performance Marketeer

The opportunity

Our client is an omnichannel retailer in the garden furniture sector, bringing together online sales and showroom experiences. As a permanent member of its marketing team, you’ll help improve the performance of digital campaigns, identify opportunities to grow online and in-store sales, and respond quickly to changing campaign results.

Retail demand can shift with the seasons and key promotional periods, making timely campaign decisions important. In this role, you’ll help our client make the most of those opportunities while supporting customers looking for outdoor furniture that combines design, comfort and value.

What you'll do

• Set up, manage and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Meta and other digital channels.

• Analyse results, adjust campaigns and identify growth opportunities.

• Turn hypotheses into A/B tests and experiments, scaling what works.

• Explore how AI, generative search and large language models could strengthen advertising, content and measurement.

• Work with brand, content, studio and e-commerce colleagues, guide external agencies, and translate performance marketing and e-commerce trends into practical opportunities.

What you bring

• Native or near-native (C2) Dutch and a good level of English.

• At least five years’ experience in performance marketing and e-commerce, preferably in retail.

• Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, web analytics, programmatic and display advertising.

• Use data to make well-founded decisions and run experiments, learn from results and test new formats, audiences, channels and landing pages.

• Recognise the potential impact of AI, generative search and large language models, and translate developments into opportunities.
