Our client is looking for a detail oriented and insight driven professional to join their team as a Marketing Data Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for the marketing KPIs, campaign KPIs, and the data analysis and reporting of the performances of the central corporate marketing department. Together with a cross-functional team you will make datadriven performance evaluation, and recommend the improvement of the campaign activations.
You will closely work with the marketing and campaign management teams, and will connect the dots among various marketing KPs for having a solid and comprehensive view of the marketing activities. You will generate the insights on Social Buzz, GEO, PR, and overarching marketing performance including all channels (web, digital/social media, CRM, PR data, etc.) and make the insights actionable.
What you will be doing:
- Analyze and report on Media, Social and Search KPIs.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting to the management team via Power BI.
- Translate performance data into clear, actionable insights and recommendations.
- Develop data visualizations and data-driven storytelling to support marketing strategy development.
- Identify trends and opportunities based on performance data.
- Turn complex data into clear insights that support strategic decision-making.
What you bring:
(Requirements)
- Knowledge and skills in data visualization and processing
- Skills in any data visualization tools (Data Studio, Looker, PowerBI, or Tableau)
- Analytics capability in descriptive analytics and diagnostic analytics. Capabilities in predictive analytics and prescriptive analytics is a plus.
- Business-oriented thinking to connect dots with hands-on skills mentioned above
- Excellent communication, presentation, networking, project management, and organizational skills
- OA software skills such as Excel, Word, and Powerpoint.

- Experience at agency-side in media is a plus
- Experience in Web analytics (Adobe Analytics and Google Analytic)
- Knowledge and skills of SQL and Python for data modeling and statistical analysis is a plus.
