About our role:

Our client is a global leader in consumer electronics looking for an E-commerce SME & Partner Manager to accelerate the growth of their B2B e-commerce channels and develop strong partnerships with telecom operators and SMEs. This role is at the intersection of sales, business development and project management, and will allow you to lead initiatives from ideation to execution with clear commercial impact.

As the e-commerce market in Europe becomes increasingly sophisticated, B2B e-commerce is gaining momentum, driven by SMEs seeking streamlined procurement and companies expecting personalised, direct-to-business digital experiences. In this context, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our client’s B2B store and partner propositions remain competitive and future-ready, while enhancing the customer journey for business clients.

In this role, you will work in close collaboration with diverse teams and stakeholders across Benelux, European offices and Korea, and directly influence the commercial success of the B2B e-store.

What you will be doing:

  • Develop and grow the SME/MKB and Partner Deals sales channel.
  • Manage and improve the B2B proposition and SME portal of the E-store.
  • Identify and create new market opportunities and materialise them through strong partnerships and implementations.
  • Lead onboarding of new partners/customers and activate internal teams for smooth implementations.
  • Collaborate with eCommerce, legal, finance, UX, and customer service teams to ensure seamless project execution and post-sales support.
  • Contribute to creating flawless and consistent customer experiences across all touchpoints.

What you bring:

  • Ambition to further develop your career in e-commerce and business development within consumer electronics.
  • 3–4 years of relevant work experience; practical experience valued as highly as formal education (university degree or equivalent thinking level).
  • Experience in developing strategies and leading end-to-end e-commerce projects, from senior stakeholder buy-in to implementation.
  • A hands-on, proactive approach with a proven ability to deliver results.
  • A commercial mindset, strong business acumen, and the ability to identify and capitalise on opportunities.
  • Track record in project management, ideally delivering multiple e-commerce innovations simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills; able to influence without authority and manage stakeholders across all levels of an international organisation.
  • Strong analytical skills; fact-based and detail-oriented decision-making.
  • Fluent in English and Dutch.
  • Availability to work full-time and at the office at least three days per week.
