Our client is looking for a data-driven, insightful and collaborative professional to join their team as a BI Developer. In this role you will be responsible for designing and delivering reporting and dashboarding solutions, with a strong focus on SAP data environments and modern BI tools.

What you will be doing:

• Act as a bridge between business and IT to gather requirements and translate them into reporting solutions.
• Design, build and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI and SAP BW/4HANA.
• Support business stakeholders in creating meaningful and actionable insights through reporting tools.
• Work with tools such as SAP Analytics Cloud, Analysis for Office and Web Intelligence where needed.
• Define and improve data governance practices, particularly around SAP tool usage.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of data catalogues and documentation.
• Promote best practices in data usage and advocate for a strong data-driven culture.
• Ensure consistency, quality and security of data across reporting solutions.
• Collaborate with wider data teams to align on architecture and data strategy.

What you bring:

• Ambition to further develop your career in data analytics and business intelligence within the life sciences sector.
• Proven experience in a similar BI Developer or Data Analyst role (minimum 3 years).
• Past experience in life sciences or a data-driven industry is nice to have.
• Your strengths are Power BI development, DAX, data modelling (star schema), and SAP data environments.
• Working experience with tools such as SAP BW/4HANA, Power BI, and data visualisation platforms are essential.
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills are needed in this job.
• Strong communication skills in English and French.
• Experience with SQL, Azure, Databricks or DBT is a plus.
• Knowledge of governance practices such as data access management and deployment workflows is appreciated.
• You are comfortable working with diverse teams and bring an inclusive, open mindset to collaboration.
