Our client is part of a cross-company initiative to improve the commercial performance of non-life insurance customer journeys. The team is looking for an experienced analytics specialist to make customer behaviour and journey performance clearer, strengthen reporting and identify practical opportunities to improve conversion and sales. You’ll work closely with the business team, with most of your focus on analysis and reporting.
Financial services continues to develop its digital customer journeys, while organisations seek clearer insight into how customers discover, assess and use their products. Analytics and reporting help teams connect activity across these journeys with customer behaviour and commercial outcomes. In this role, you’ll contribute to that work in the non-life insurance sector, using data to show where journeys perform well and where they could improve.
What you'll do

Analyse customer journeys across acquisition, pre-sales and after-sales using Adobe Analytics and Power BI.

Monitor traffic sources, funnel performance, conversion rates and customer behaviour.

Build, maintain and improve reporting to support commercial decision-making.

Identify journey friction and translate findings into practical improvement recommendations.

Work with the business team to prioritise opportunities and further develop Power BI reporting.
What you bring

Strong hands-on expertise in Adobe Analytics.

Strong practical knowledge of Power BI.

Experience analysing digital customer journeys, funnels and conversions.

Ability to turn data into actionable commercial insights.

English and Dutch, or English and French.

Useful, but not essential: experience in insurance, banking or another complex enterprise environment; English, Dutch and French.
The assignment terms

This is an independent contractor collaboration through Ariad, working with our client

Long-term freelance assignment.

The assignment is based in Brussels, Belgium, with a hybrid working arrangement.
