About our role:

If you are passionate about understanding online user behavior and have a knack for data analysis, this Web Analyst with CRO skills is perfect for you. What you will be doing:

  • Daily monitoring and reporting of web analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
  • Design, develop, and maintain sales dashboards to provide real-time performance insights.
  • Collaborate with various teams to establish relevant KPI's and metrics.
  • Prepare monthly reports with detailed analysis, performance indicators, and recommendations.
  • Perform in-depth analysis of user behaviour on our digital channels to identify opportunities for conversion optimization.
  • Create hypotheses and A/B test plans to test and optimize different variants of page elements.
  • Collaborate with the e-commerce manager to prioritize and implement changes based on test results.
  • Monitor KPI's and prepare reports to track progress of conversion optimization efforts.
  • Identify bottlenecks in the customer journey and make recommendations to improve the overall user experience.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in web analytics and conversion optimization.

What you bring:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field.
  • Demonstrated experience with web analytics, preferably with tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, etc.
  • Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate insights into

    actionable conversion optimisation initiatives.
  • Strong communication skills and team player with the ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
  • Results-oriented mindset and attention to detail. Ambition to further develop your career in digital analytics and conversion rate optimization.
