About our role:

Our client is a prominent figure in the banking sector, continually evolving to integrate the latest financial technologies and practices. In this captivating role, you will join our client's team as a Visual Designer. Your primary responsibility will be to transform business inputs into creative and compelling PowerPoint presentations that clearly communicate the yearly commercial plans.

In this role, you will work with diverse teams and have the opportunity to make a real impact on the banking landscape through your ability to deliver visually and content-wise coherent storylines.

What you will be doing:

• Format, design, and transform rough slides, hand-drawn sketches, or Word documents into visually powerful PowerPoint presentations.
• Integrate input from various stakeholders to ensure the final presentation is cohesive both visually and content-wise.
• Create clear and aesthetically pleasing tables, diagrams, graphs, icons, and templates within PowerPoint, adhering to brand guidelines.
• Consistently check details and quality of every slide deck before delivery.
• Work iteratively, capturing feedback from stakeholders and continuously optimizing presentations.
• Meet challenging deadlines and communicate effectively through emails and meetings with a large number of stakeholders.

What you bring:

• Ambition to further develop your career in digital design and visual communication within the banking sector.
• Proven experience with PowerPoint and a strong understanding of current design trends.
• Background in marketing or brand management.
• Excellent skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong communication skills in English, with a good understanding of Dutch or French.
• Dynamic, proactive, and able to work autonomously with great attention to detail.
