About our role

As a Search and CRO Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in shaping our client's digital marketing strategy. This includes managing Search Engine Advertising (SEA), driving landing page optimization for conversion rate optimization (CRO), and overseeing website maintenance and development. This position is a perfect match for those passionate about making a tangible impact through meticulous optimization and strategic thinking in a dynamic industry.

What you will be doing

• Develop and execute SEA strategies across various platforms, optimizing for ROI.
• Lead website maintenance and development efforts to ensure optimal user experience and SEO performance.
• Drive conversion through targeted landing page optimization and A/B testing.
• Analyze campaign performance and adapt strategies to maximize effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive digital marketing approach.

What you bring

• Ambition to further develop your career in digital marketing, particularly in SEA and CRO.
• At least 5 years of proven experience in managing SEA campaigns and driving CRO initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of website development principles and SEO best practices.
• Proficiency in web analytics and A/B testing tools, coupled with a data-driven mindset.
• Exceptional communication skills, with proficiency in Dutch and a good command of French and English.
