About our role

Our client is spearheading innovative loyalty strategies across Belgium and the Netherlands, emphasizing the importance of customer retention and engagement through dynamic loyalty concepts and member activations. As a Loyalty Innovation Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in identifying market opportunities and translating them into actionable loyalty initiatives. This position involves close coordination with CRM and various teams to ensure alignment with the overarching brand strategy and to maximize the impact of loyalty activations.

What you will be doing

  • You will be responsible for the execution of the brands loyalty strategy (BeNeLux). Seeing and defining opportunities in the market and translating them into new loyalty concepts and member activations

  • You will improve existing loyalty initiatives to ensure the further growth of customer retention and making sure the members proposition is strengthened and KPI´s are achieved

  • Formulate and manage loyalty innovation concepts/activations of HQ led loyalty projects

  • Manage loyalty innovation projects aligning with all departments within the company and external partners to ensure all projects/activations are executed effectively

  • Develop a short and long term vision for the loyalty innovation funnel and ensuring its ongoing vitality

  • Enhance the Members user experience and customer journeys

  • Control and monitor budgets, adhering to internal financial procedures

  • Activate, analyse, and report on the performance of activations on the loyalty platforms

What you bring

  • An ambitious mindset with a passion for career development in loyalty programs and customer engagement

  • Proven experience in loyalty program management or a similar role

  • Strong analytical and creative skills to measure performance and identify innovation opportunities

  • Excellent project management capabilities, able to work cross-functionally and with a complex field of internal and external partners

  • Effective communication skills, capable of working within diverse teams and environments

  • Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills in Dutch and English
