About our role:

Our client is on a transformative journey to revolutionise how businesses interact with them through E-commerce. As a global leader in parts and accessories for material handling, industrial vehicles, construction, and agriculture, they are embarking on an ambitious goal. They are looking for a proactive and skilled Global CMS Coordinator to join their E-commerce team and contribute to realising this ambition. In this role, you will be responsible for writing guidelines for the use of our content management system, ensuring CMS users are proficient, and providing first-line support for any content management system questions/issues. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a dedicated team and make a real impact in the E-commerce and Omnichannel and Marketing Experience department at the heart of our client's growth strategy.

What you will be doing:

• Coaching and user support, including first line support for content creation and updates.
• Maintaining the CMS FAQ page and creating guidelines for effective CMS use.
• Supporting in uploading content in bulk and making bulk changes.
• Providing training to new content creators and performing functional checks for campaigns.
• Updating CMS documentation on Confluence and Darwin website for any changes/new features.
• Managing CMS login accounts and following up production incidents.
• Organizing, executing, and following up on User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Providing cross-departmental support on legal constraints and improvements.
• Supporting projects by mapping out and selecting content for CMS publication.

What you bring:

• Ambition to further develop your career in E-commerce and content management.
• Minimum 2-year degree and 3+ years hands-on relevant experience with content management systems.
• Experience with Acquia, Drupal, and Bynder preferred.
• Strong collaborative skills and adaptability in a dynamic environment.
• Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills in English.
• A sense of responsibility, initiative, and problem-solving capabilities.
