About our role:

Our client, a leading organization known for its commitment to innovation and customer-centric approaches in retail, is looking for an E-mail Marketer & CRM Expert to join their team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in strengthening the expertise around email and CRM marketing, drawing up strategic visions, and optimizing processes. This challenging position perfectly combines strategy and execution, offering you the opportunity to make a real impact on the organization's digital marketing landscape.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with various departments, building a broad network of specialists, from colleagues to communication strategists, designers, copywriters, and external partners. Your strategic and tactical contributions will be instrumental in optimizing email workflows, CRM processes, and customer journeys.

What you will be doing:

• Collaborate with marketing departments and the Customer Activation Service Center to optimize email and CRM within customer journeys.
  
• Follow up on the latest innovations and best cases within the email and CRM landscape.
  
• Analyze email marketing results, turning insights into experiments and optimizations.
  
• Make recommendations for the optimization of current tools.
  
• Guide marketers and digital analysts in email marketing campaigns.
  
• Supervise e-mail and CRM yearly projects, setting out a vision for the following years.
  
• Strengthen e-mail and CRM marketing within the organization, providing input and feedback to copywriters, developers, and designers.

What you bring:

• At least 5 years of experience as an online marketer and 3 years as an email or CRM marketer.
  
• Expertise in email analytics, email design, and ESPs.
  
• Proactive and eager to learn, with a willingness to take initiative.
  
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively.
  
• Analytical mindset with the ability to translate findings into strategic objectives.
  
• Clear communication in Dutch; knowledge of French and English is a plus.
  
• Networking skills to collaborate optimally with various stakeholders.
