About our role:

Our client is a significant postal service in Belgium, currently expanding their digital capabilities in various business areas. They are looking for a versatile Digital Data Analyst to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for setting up new reporting systems linked to the deployment of new applications and enhancing the data handling capabilities. You will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic data team that is focused on improving business processes through technology, and make a real impact on the efficiency of operations within the Belgian market. What you will be doing:

• Support the setup of reports based on Microsoft Dynamics data + migration/rebuilt of reports based on old CRM solution.
• Be an actor + coordinate the creation of reports (backend & frontend) based on new IT applications, e.g., replacement of old applications.
• Analyse business needs and make proposals to address these needs.
• Improve current reports/data solutions.

What you bring:

• Ambition to further develop your career in data analysis and digital transformation.
• Proven experience in E2E report construction, from data ingestion to final report visualization.
• Expertise with Power BI (backend & frontend), Microsoft Dynamics (for reporting/data aspects), SQL, and AWS/Redshift.
• Ability to understand complex systems and challenge business requirements to make propositions.
• Strong communication skills in English, Dutch and/or French.
• Autonomy, curiosity, and the courage to ask probing questions.
