About our role
Our client is spearheading innovative strategies across Belgium and the Netherlands, emphasizing the importance of customer engagement through dynamic camaigns. As CRM Campaign Manager, you will be in charge of the day-to-day operations for e-mail and push notifications while managing two juniors.
What you will be doing

You will manage and support the 2 CRM specialists and coordinate the day-to-day operations within the CRM & Loyalty team; push, e-mail, data enrichments and campaign evaluations

You will translate a campaign briefing into a full-fledged campaign, considering design, copywriting, all digital assets, segmentation, tracking & reporting

You will project manage to ensure the communication stream matches with market and business divisions and to ensure strategy is adopted.

Aligning with all departments within the company and external partners to ensure all projects/activations are executed effectively

Assist the CRM Innovation Mgr & Loyalty Mgr in various ad hoc requests

Identify and implement improvements in the consumer journey to maximize conversion and campaign results

Control and monitor budgets, adhering to internal financial procedures

Activate, analyse, and report on the performance of activations on the loyalty platforms
What you bring

Proven experience in setting up e-mail (&push) campaigns

Strong analytical and creative skills to measure performance and identify innovation opportunities

Excellent project management capabilities, able to work cross-functionally and with a complex field of internal and external partners

Hands-on mentality; willingness to support the CRM Specialists in operational tasks when required
-
Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills in Dutch and English
