About our role:

Our client, a leading figure in the banking industry, is on the lookout for a creative and talented Content Designer / Copywriter who is fluent in French. This role is pivotal for crafting compelling and persuasive copy that engages and informs their French-speaking clientele. Your contributions will be instrumental in driving brand awareness and customer engagement through various digital platforms. This is a golden opportunity to harness your linguistic flair and creativity to make a tangible impact on our client's marketing and communication strategies.

What you will be doing:

• Write UX-copy for the company's apps and websites, guiding users through processes using Content Design principles.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, legal and compliance departments, and other design specialists to validate proof.
• Have experience in writing texts for app and transactional environments and be passionate about user research, A/B testing, and CRO.
• Translating complex banking products and services information into accessible and relatable content.
• Conducting research to stay informed about industry trends and incorporating these insights into your content creation.
• Reviewing and editing existing content to uphold high-quality standards and brand alignment.

What you bring:

• Proven experience as a Content Designer, Copywriter, or similar role, with a strong portfolio of written content in French.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills with an impeccable grasp of the French language.
• A creative mindset and the ability to produce innovative and compelling content.
• Knowledge of SEO principles and best practices to optimize content for search engines.
• Ability to work independently and manage your workload effectively.
• Strong collaboration skills and the capacity to work well within cross-functional teams.
• A keen eye for detail and dedication to quality.
