About our role:

Our client, a major player in the technology sector known for its innovative products and services, is looking for a skilled BI Specialist to join their team. In this role, you will be pivotal in developing and maintaining advanced PowerBI dashboards and supporting high-impact data visualization projects that influence business strategies across Benelux.

You will have the opportunity to work with cross-functional teams within the organization and collaborate with European and global teams to foster a data-driven culture that facilitates informed decision-making and strategic business growth.

What you will be doing:

• Developing and maintaining PowerBI dashboards for dynamic data visualization needs.
• Supporting simulation and data visualization projects to enhance business intelligence capabilities.
• Converting complex datasets into graphical formats such as dashboards, graphs, charts, and reports using sophisticated BI tools.
• Building the foundational layer for automated/self-serving dashboard reporting to streamline data analysis processes.
• Engaging stakeholders to map requirements and translate data insights into actionable business strategies.
• Promoting the adoption of data-driven decision-making across various business divisions by evangelizing the benefits of intuitive data communication.
• Establishing and maintaining collaborative relationships with local, European, and global teams on business intelligence projects.

What you bring:

• Extensive knowledge in data visualization tools, especially PowerBI.
• Strong proficiency in SQL/Big Query for comprehensive data processing and mining.
• Excellent communication skills capable of conveying complex information clearly and persuasively at all organizational levels.
• Advantageous experience with GIT, CI/CD processes, Linux, Airflow, Kafka, DBT, RPA, and Web scraping technologies.
