The role of Associate Consultant offers you the opportunity to combine your current consulting mission with an extra assignment to steer and grow a community.



You will have the opportunity to broaden your scope as consultant by learning new competencies, and being involved in the consultancy business on top of your assignment; By dedicating part of your time to your passion of creating synergies between people.  Ready for it?

On top of your mission you will; 

• Lead a community of digital experts linked to your own experience and knowledge
• Guide and empower Ariad’s digital experts in their professional journeys
• Actively participate in Ariad events, encouraging engagement and sometimes helping to ideate/organize
• Share your knowledge during events, trainings and thought-leadership driven content
• Detect and qualify business opportunities in the field and help shaping amazing digital projects at leading clients
• Be the expert that helps us in the selection process of our next gen digital specialists

• You are a seasoned Senior Consultant  that is a natural in Community & Talent Development

• You feel comfortable in assessing other experts competence level and advising upon it

• You speak Dutch and/or French and are fluent in English
