Javier’s journey with Ariad spans over a decade, from Recruiter to Head of Recruitment and now Business Director, and is appointment is a natural next step in Ariad’s continued evolution.
Javier brings deep expertise in digital transformation, strategic leadership, and building high-performing teams across Belgium, the Netherlands, and Spain. He will lead Ariad’s operations and guide the company into its next phase of growth.
