Today as we scale up, we’re looking for a talented Business Development Manager who can help rocket our reach and impact.

Great! What will I do?

  • Big picture: help Ariad GROW! In addition to engaging and developing our current business partners, you’ll continue adding to the list of happy clients.

  • Develop new business with top Belgian brands, often leveraging your own network, tools, and found opportunities.

  • Be responsible for the entire customer journey: self-manage as you build relationships, negotiate agreements, anticipate needs, and add value.

  • Work as a team across departments, take part in and lead cross-functional projects to gain insight, generate leads, and improve Ariad as a whole.

  • Be the ambassador of Ariad at events and help grow brand awareness.

  • Are a natural-born sales superstar. You truly love building new and meaningful relationships which produce real value for all parties.

  • Have 6+ years of successful experience in sales or business development. Bonus points if it’s in the staffing, e-marketing or consultancy industry!

  • Have a keen interest in e-marketing/e-commerce and “all things digital”.

  • Are a true people-person and team player. You’re eager to help your team and your clients to achieve great things.

  • Are a results-driven entrepreneurial spirit. You are persistent in your pursuit of “more-and-better”.

  • Are comfortable challenging the status quo. You like to come up with new strategies and solutions, share ideas and learn from others. And you always call out the elephant in the room.

  • Are fluent in Dutch and English--and ideally have a high level of French.
