About our role:

Our client is a major actor in the design industry in Belgium. They are looking for a talented and passionate individual to join their E-Commerce Department as a CRM Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for enhancing brand loyalty, strengthening the brand image and increasing revenues by developing all CRM activities.

What you will be doing:

• Develop and execute strategies to ensure our customers feel connected and valued.

• Ensure consistent and clear communication with customers across all channels.

• Manage a customer loyalty program and analyze its effectiveness.

• Drive database growth and leverage customer data for insights and segmentation.

• Personalize customer experiences and provide tailored product recommendations.

• Work with internal stakeholders such as Marketing colleagues to ensure proper alignment on campaigns, communication and content

What you bring:

• 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in retail (such as fashion or home-ware).

• Strong teamwork and communication skills are essential.

• Demonstrated project management experience is a plus.

• Solid analytical skills with a data-driven approach.

• Fluency in Dutch with a good level of French.
