About our role:

Our client is focused on creating great digital experiences for HR administrators and they are looking for a talented and passionate individual to join their team as a Senior User Experience Designer. In this role, you will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction and loyalty through the design and optimization of their digital customer journeys and user interfaces.

What you will be doing:

• Your main responsibility will be to design high quality user interfaces and user experiences by putting the customer at the center of your work. Mainly based on the online customer platform of the client.

• You will get insights from customer interviews, translate these findings into requirements and then conceptualise these into concrete solutions.

• You will moreoever faciltate ideation workshops / design sprints to inform stakeholders and get to the right results.

• Tasks can differ from creating user stories, to personas, to service blueprints, wireframing and prototyping.
• Besides focusing on the UX Design itself, you will have the opportunity to coach a team of more junior designers. You will guide them and teach them about your way of working and support them in their professional development.

What you bring:

• Ambition to further develop your career in UX and coaching.

• Extensvie experience in a similar role. You're an expert in the UX field.

• You’re at your best when you can work hands-on whilst also guiding others in their careers.

• Your strengths are User Experience and User Interface Design, Conceptualisation and Workshop Facilitation.

• Working experience with tools such as Figma and Miro is key.

• Strong stakeholder management skills are needed in this job.

• Strong communication skills (written and oral) in Dutch and English.
