About our role:

Our client is looking for a talented and passionate individual to join their team as an Application Analyst.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse and inclusive team, and make a real impact on the user experience for our customers in the – Belgian, European, international - market.

What you will be doing:

• Your main responsibility will be to analyse application usage.

• Moreover, you will analyse market trends and get insights from the market by doing market research.

• You will then translate this data analysis into a briefing and share these insights with other teams. You'll work together closely with the development team.

• You'll be part of a team of Web Analysts, Copywriters, UX Designers and Developers. Having a good Customer Experience as end goal.

• You will analyse application flows and map what needs to be improved in several parts of the product.

What you bring:

• Ambition to further develop your career in the Analytics field.

• Solid experience in a similar role.

• You’re at your best when you work in Google Analytics and Firebase.

• Your strengths are understanding data and getting to the bottom of problems.

• Strong stakeholder management skills.

• Strong communication skills in English. French or Dutch would be a plus.

• Contractor collaboration. 7 months mission with possibilities on extensions.
