UX Researcher

Our client a leading energy company is looking for a UX Researcher. You will bring your expertise in the different disciplines of the UX, acting as an interface between the end-users, the product owner and the development team. You report to the product owner. The successful candidate will evidence a passion for delivering adaptive and creative solutions to UX problems by staying up to date with best practices and emerging trends in user experience design and user interface technologies.

Great! what will I do?

• Lead UX research activities

• Prepare and animate workshops on functional framing, ideation and co-design with business and users, or even on an ad hoc basis for user tests and focus groups

• Collect user needs and feedbacks throughout the project by implementing appropriate research methods (on-site observations, interviews, user tests, surveys, literature, etc.)

• Create personas through user research and data

• Define the right interaction model and evaluate its success via measurable criteria

• Identify business processes and use cases, define and formalize user journeys or make recommendations for improvement to existing journeys

• Create storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps to effectively communicate interaction and design ideas

• Realize wireframes and produce clickable functional prototypes with mock data

• Present ideas, concepts and design solutions to various stakeholders

• Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers

• Contribute to team efforts by accomplishing extra tasks as needed
