Content designer - UX Copywriter

For our client, an international financial institution, we are looking for a French Content Designer / UX Writer

Together with a UX researcher and a UX designer you will create great online flows. You´ll be involved in the design process early on.

Your responsibilities:

• Write UX-copy for the company's apps and websites, guiding users through processes using Content Design principles.

• Translate UX-copy from Dutch and/or English to French for Belgian colleagues responsible for other teams of design experts.

• Collaborate with stakeholders, legal and compliance departments, and other design specialists to validate proof.

• Contribute to completing and updating the content design library (style guide), applying rules and adding new standard proofs.

• Put yourself in the user's shoes, aim for conversion-oriented events, and ensure the flow fits seamlessly into the existing landscape.

• Have experience in writing texts for app and transactional environments and be passionate about user research, A/B testing, and CRO.

• Work independently on projects while keeping colleagues informed on a daily basis, coordinating actions if necessary, and constantly sharing knowledge.
