About our role:

Our client is a renowned fashion company with a focus on inclusivity and more than 100 stores throughout Europe. They are now looking for a talented and passionate E-Commerce Manager to join their team. In this role, you will set out and implement the online sales strategy across the different countries the company is active in, and mainly in Belgium, The Netherlands, Austria, France, Luxembourg and Germany. The focus lies on further developing all e-commerce activities, boosting online sales and ensuring profitability, together with your team of 5 digital experts.

What you will be doing:

• Grow the E-Commerce business: define and implement the E-Commerce strategy and roadmap throughout the different countries and in line with the company’s online growth ambitions

• You will lead the E-Commerce team consisting of 5 digital experts who work within the fields of website & content optimization, technical platform improvement and development, maintenance, acquisition, CRO, CRM and customer service

• Enable and encourage cross-departmental collaboration with Marketing, logistics, marketplaces, etc. in order to ensure a seamless customer experience

What you bring:

• Ambition to further develop your career in E-Commerce

• Minimum 5 years of solid experience in digital of which 2 years in a similar role.

• Past experience in the fashion industry is a big plus.

• You’re at your best when you are given the possibility to grow an online business, adding new ideas and making it future-proof.

• You have strong people management skills .

• You have a business growth and analytical mindset.

• Fluency in English and basic communication skills in French are required. Dutch is a plus.
