About our role:

Our client is a world-renowned insurance company looking for a talented and passionate individual to join their team as a Transformation Project Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for driving digital transformation with the objective of increasing customer experience.

What you will be doing:

• Take the lead on one Transformation project or program (exact mission to be defined in function of needs / profile)

• Setting-up initiatives to achieve successful delivery supported by strong governance and adequate monitoring

• Framing the initiative with key business and IT stakeholders with strategic objectives of the company. Fostering and maintaining relationships with internal stakeholders

• Providing recommendations, looking for alternative solution, keeping the pace and dynamic of the team, budget, scope, quality of delivery, risk management and methodology

What you bring:

• A Several years experience in program management and experience with Agile methodology

• Experience in process management and reengineering. Preferably in Insurance sector

• Soft skills: Result oriented, problem solving, watching over the bigger picture, analytical, team player

• Drive by simplicity, stimulated by changing environment and comfortable when dealing with pressure

• Drive for simplicity and simplification of complex concept

• Strong communication skills (written and oral) in Dutch or French (and good understanding of the other) + good English
