About our role:

Our client is a world-renowned automotive insurance company looking for a talented and passionate individual to join their team as Mobile App Product Owner.

The car insurance industry is undergoing significant changes and facing several trends that are shaping its future. One of the most significant trends in the industry is the increasing adoption of technology, such as telematics and AI-based underwriting, which is helping insurers to better assess risks and personalize policies.

What you will be doing:

• Lead the development and execution of the mobile app product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including UX designers, developers, and data analysts, to define product requirements and user stories.

• Manage the product backlog, prioritizing features and ensuring timely delivery.

• Conduct market research and user testing to gather insights and validate product ideas.

• Analyze app usage data and CRM data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement

• Work closely with UX designers to ensure the app meets high standards for user experience and design

• Define KPIs and regularly measure and report on product performance

• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies to inform product strategy

• We are looking for someone with CRM understanding, although you don't have to be an expert. Specifically, you should be able to track performances and assess how the driver is using the car, as well as understand UBI (Usage-Based Insurance). UBI is a system that rewards good drivers with lower insurance costs, so you should be able to work with the algorithm that generates a score (x/100) based on usage.

What you bring:

• Ambition to further develop your career as Product Owner.

• 3+ years of experience as a product owner or similar role, preferably in mobile app development.

• You're a T-shaped profile with expertise in UX design and CRM data analysis.

• Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to inform product decisions.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with experience working in cross-functional teams

• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and tools.

• Passion for creating exceptional mobile app experiences that meet user needs and drive business results.
