About our role:
Our client is a non-profit-institution looking for a talented and passionate individual to join their team as a Web Analytics Expert. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering analytical data, presenting this in a clear way to internal stakeholders and offering recommendations.

What you will be doing:

Your main responsibility will be to ease any pain points in the user journey, maximize conversion and engagement rates across all our digital channels, and continuously improve the digital experience for our users.

Define relevant KPIs and metrics to track for specific projects, departments, or the organization as a whole.

Prepare, implement, and validate tagging plans in collaboration with developers.

Collect data from different sources (quantitative and qualitative) and make it visually easy to understand.

Analyze user journeys and identify areas for improvement.

Propose, define, and implement A/B and multivariate testing to continuously improve the digital experience.
What you bring:

Ambition to further develop your career in marketing analytics

You’re at your best when working with numbers and discussing improvements with different departments/managers

Your strengths include being able to pull analytics data from various channels, create overviews and draw conclusions from this data.

Working experience with Google Analytics, Social Media analytics and PowerBI is key.

Strong stakeholder management skills are needed in this job.

Strong communication skills (written and oral) in Dutch, French and English.
