Our client is a world-renowned automotive insurance company seeking a talented and passionate individual to join their team as a User Experience & Analytics expert. In this role, you will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction and loyalty through the design and optimization of our digital customer journeys and user interfaces.

What you will be doing:

  • Your main responsibility will be to design high quality user interfaces and user experiences by putting the customer at the center of work.

  • To design user interfaces accordingly to business requirements, user needs, best practices, design systems, brand guidelines.

  • To prepare mock-ups and prototypes to conduct user testing.

  • To analyse user behaviour based on heatmaps, behavioural data in Google Analytics, surveys etc.

  • To prepare designs for hands-off to development, including graphic assets.

  • To ensure consistent governance of digital insurance experiences e.g.: create tagging guidelines based on business requirements and user behaviour

  • To improve conversion and user flows.

  • To be an advocate of user needs in software delivery team.

  • To create Customer Journey Maps: Collecting data & understanding the “as is” journey with each local market and delivering visual Customer Journey Mapping

What you will need:

  • 3 years of solid experience doing in a similar role.

  • To be successful in this role, you should have a good understanding of customer behavior analysis and experience working with Design Systems. Working experience with tools such as Google Analytics and Hotjar is key, as well as experience with design software such as Figma.

  • Affinity with automotive industry or previous experience working in insurance is a big plus.

  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.

  • Strong communication skills (written and oral) in English.
