For one of our clients, a big player in the e-commerce and consumer electronics, we are looking for a Digital Analytics Engineer.

The Analytics Engineer is responsible for modeling customer, marketing and business data to provide clean, accurate datasets. You will support collecting, connecting, transforming, testing, and documenting data. The client is looking for the one who understands data and how it can be used.

This role is divided in three parts: 1. data enginering 2. data visualisation and 3. stakeholder managmenent

You will:

  • Collect and connect data from different sources, use cases,potential exploitation and deployment, and technology possibilities: GCP and Azure.

  • Model raw data into clean, tested, and reusable datasets, make it easier for business analysts and other stakeholders to view and understand data in the database.

  • Apply various transformations (ETL, ELT) to different data pieces to ensure they correspond to given tasks:

    • removing inaccurate or corrupted data

    • aggregating data items into a summarized version

    • filtering information to get rid of irrelevant and duplicated data

    • manipulating database tables upon various needs

  • Convert data into a suitable graphic format including - dashboards, graphs, charts, and reports using BI tools.

  • Collaborate with BI specialist, business analysts and data scientists to align business requirements with data.

  • Establish collaboration with European and global teams working on projects as mentioned above.

Are you the one?

  • You are a team player

  • You speak fluent English

  • You have at least 2 years experience regarding data analytics/engineering

  • You have experience with data visualisation tools (PowerBI, Tableau, Qlik, or Looker)

  • You have knowledge and skills in SQL and Python for data processing and data mining (modeling)

  • You have basic knowledge and skills in data engineering, API, and cloud computing (GCP, Azure, and Databricks)

  • Excellent OA software skills such as Excel, Word, and Powerpoint

  • Skills in Robotic Process Automation (RPA) and Web scraping are a huge plus.

  • Experience in managing one’s own Github pages is a plus.
