Do you know all about media buying? Are you passionate about data? Are you good at taking this data and creating an innovative roadmap?

Our client, a well-known and international player in electronics (and more), is looking for a Media & Innovation Manager, who will be responsible for different media channels and the media innovation roadmap. Besides, you will manage an international team of 7.

Great! What will I do?

  • You and your team will be responsible for direct buying different media channels, both on- and offline

  • You will work with many different internal and external stakeholders. You will manage agency contacts and negotiate contracts

  • You will gather data, analyze, create reports and use these to drive innovation. The innovation roadmap is your responsibility

  • You will set up new data partnerships, be in close contact with the Data & Analytics team, and look for new ways to utilize data

  • Follow up on all projects, solve roadblocks, and report on the progress

  • Your team of 7 is based in both Brussels and Amsterdam, you visit the other location at least once a month to stay in close contact with your entire team.

Does this sound like you?

  • Have experience in managing a team and have very good project management skills. Your approach is structured and your follow-up detailed

  • Have strong analytical skills - ability to interpret the results and data and able to translate this into actionable advice and innovative ideas

  • Have an excellent understanding of different media channels, both on- and offline, search engine advertising, and you know what it takes to put a campaign live. You have hands-on DMP experience, you know how to activate data and build data partnerships.

  • You love innovation and have a commercial mindset with excellent communication skills

  • Are a team player, enthusiastic and focused on results

  • Are fluent in Dutch and English; French is a plus.
