This team is growing a lot! not only in the size of the team, volume of business and digital maturity but also in agility and human talent. In this context, we're hiring a Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist!

Great! What will I do?!

Your challenge will be to develop the strategy and implementing the optimization efforts to improve user experience, maximize conversion rates and increase engagement across the brand and retail websites of the group.

You will work in a multidisciplinary team. You will not be isolated, rather the opposite, you will have plenty of interactions with your colleagues and other stakeholders. You will work closely with the digital sales, marketing & data team to advocate a a data-driven mindset.

Your tasks & responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the conversion optimisation roadmap across all digital channels to maximise commercial, marketing & customer KPIs .

  • Driving marketing-qualified potential consumers into the database.

  • You can take the lead planning and executing UX/Customer research and set up A/B & multivariate testing and use personalization & testing tools to ensure continuous improvement.

  • Managing and optimizing input for landing pages, website calls-to-action (CTAs), etc.

  • UX & data-driven input for web design & functionalities.

  • Connect with your colleagues responsible for e-communication and support in analyzing their communication channels to optimize each conversion path.

  • Translating customer data into customer segmentation to achieve more effective digital marketing actions and campaigns.

  • Finally you will support the Digital Performance Manager to come up with better conversion forecast by market & channel and optimize internal planning processes.

  • You have a solid experience doing in a similar job.

  • You have a process-oriented mindset and you're data driven and detail oriented.

  • Good project planning skills are critical for the role.

  • Tooling: Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics and user testing tools.

  • You speak English and any other European language.

  • You are both a team player and self-starter with a real passion to push the tech/creative boundaries!!
