The role of the Marketing Automation Specialist is to set up and optimise marketing & sales campaigns (offline and online) to increase revenue, attract new customers and foster customer loyalty.

Responsibilities:

  • Set-up and follow-up of customer targeting flows in Adobe Campaign.

  • Translate commercial ideas into target groups and marketing (automation) campaign flows, together with your marketing colleagues.

  • Pro-actively monitor the (quality of the) data sources that drive the marketing automation campaigns.

  • Consult with many internal and external partners such as the communication department, the mailing house, the marketing team, etc.

  • Indicate specific or new opportunities with a clear positive impact on the company objectives.

  • Participate in building a more personalised customer experience

Is it a match? Yes! If you:

  • Have 3+ years of experience in a similar role

  • Are Fluent in Dutch, French and English are a plus.

  • Have experience in Adobe Campaign or another marketing automation platform.

  • Have experience in setting up different types of campaigns and workflows.

  • Know that correct data is important, you are always very accurate.

  • Have knowledge of databases, data formats, programming (e.g. javascript, SQL, ...) and have experience with connections to third-party systems and bi-directional traffic.

  • Have an analytical mindset, are well-structured, and have a problem-solving approach (or even better: pro-actively prevent problems).

  • Can fluently translate IT language into marketing language (and vice versa).

  • Are stress resistant and can work with strict deadlines

  • Are strong in logical thinking .
