Mission for a (freelance) consultant to conduct UX Research for internet and mobile banking applications
We are looking for a UX Researcher to join the U-laboratory of a really innovative financial institution in Belgium. You will work on a great team of quantitative and qualitative researchers.

Your challenge
You will support the various projects with the best user research possible by evaluating their digital services.
You will:

Execute the best possible user research taking into account the needs and constraints of the project.
- Provide a valid and actionable report that contains details of the test but also your findings and recommendations

Lead user research and deliver actionable insights by setting up ethnography studies, interviews, co-creation workshops, usability tests, neuro-tests and other research activities, together with partner agencies when required.

Work as a member in a young multidisciplinary experience design team

Work in close collaboration with the various projects in order to prepare the test but also make sure that the projects benefits a maximum from the output of the test.

Typical deliverables: Preparation of intakes, preparation of tests, execution of tests(welcome of the users, interviews, heat maps, etnographics research...)
Are you the one? - Your profile

You speak English and it's a very nice to have to speak Dutch or French
- Solid professional expertise. Experience in the fields of psychology, sociology, ethnography, behavioural economics, neuromarketing or design is a plus

You have a strong toolbox of user research skills, tools and techniques for qualitative and quantitative studies

You can conduct the analysis of data and translate it in an understandable report

Quick self-starter, pro-active attitude
