Our client, one of the biggest retailers in Belgium, is looking for a Digital CX Manager who can define and implement strategic projects to increase customer engagement and improve the overall customer experience.
In this role you have to co-define the digital roadmap and coordinate the implementation of strategic projects together with your team of 2 digital project managers.
