Our client, a fast growing company on the Belgian fashion scene, is looking for a seasoned E-Commerce Manager to join their digital team in Brussels.

In this position you will take the lead to further develop the online sales strategy and omnichannel activities, taking on P&L responsibility to boost overall profitability of the e-commerce channel and managing a multidisciplinary team of 5 FTE, reporting directly to the COO.

  • Take full responsibility of online sales actions and results, including webshop and marketplace developments

  • Ensure collaboration and alignment with Marketing, CRM and Sales for campaigns, content, communication, promotion, advertising…

  • Lead further developments and implementations of the omnichannel strategy

  • Guarantee fluent omnichannel operations

  • Manage the E-Commerce budget

  • Monitor and optimize performance

  • Coach and guide your team toward success

You are a fit if you…

  • Have minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a retail environment

  • Have strong people management and communication skills

  • Are commercially skilled and have a high digital affinity

  • You are energetic, resilient, pragmatic and flexible

  • Are fluent in Dutch and French
