About our role:

Our client, KBC Bank, a leading Belgian banking company, is seeking a UX Copywriter to join their team and contribute to the success of their digital assistant, Kate. In this unique role, you will be responsible for creating compelling, accurate, and engaging conversations for a variety of use cases.

What you will be doing:

• Write conversation scripts for the digital assistant Kate, following the Kate copywriting guidelines and house style.

• Work closely with other Kate copywriters, UX designers, epic owners, and bot builders.

• Interact with Artificial Intelligence (AI) and construct conversation flowcharts/scripts/diagrams of user pathways.

• Mirror human dialogue within bot languages, behaviors, and processes.

• Test and optimize scripts performance on a continuous basis.

• Embed Human Intelligence to a machine: contextual understanding, problem-solving, and making the bot more personal (humor & empathy).

What you bring:

• Proven track record of success in UX copywriting with a passion for giving a human voice to a chat and voice bot.

• Attention to detail and consistency with the ability to write with accuracy and creativity.

• Experience or passion for bots and AI.

• Strong stress management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Experience in an agile working environment.

• Project management skills and a team player.
