About our role

Our client is a renowned long experienced insurance company looking for a visionary and versatile professional to join their team as a Project Manager and Product Owner. In this role, you will be responsible for Being in charge of different online tracks to improve online customer experience track.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse and multidisciplinary team, and make a real impact on the user experience for our customers in the leading insurance company in the Belgian market. What you will be doing:

  • Your main responsibility will be to being in charge of different online tracks to improve online customer experience.

  • To work and keep in contact with other IT profesionals as Business colleagues, copywriters, marketing, etc.

  • To target potential issues and propose diferent options to solve them.

What you bring:

  • Ambition to further develop your career as Product Owner.

  • 5 years of solid experience in a similar role.

  • Past experience in Insurance industry is nice to have.

  • Experience in digitalization is a big plus.

  • Strong versatility problem solving skills are needed in this job.

  • Strong communication skills (written and oral) in English, Dutch or French.
