Our client is a large public company offering transport services for hundreds of thousands of users in Belgium. Every single customer is equally important for our client and this why
they have the ambition to offer a digital service in line with the European Accessibility Act. In a nutshell, digital channels more accesible for people with particular needs or disabilities and thus, promote equal opportunities and individual autonomy.


Our client is looking for a Accessibility expert that helps them to launch a new website WCAG 2 compliance (Web Content Accessibility Guidelines) that satisfies the level AA conformance. Your objective will be support and train the different internal teams involved in the launch of their new wbsite.

What are your responsibilities?

  • Train several internal stakeholders in the construction of the new website

  • Coach the teams during the different stages of the project and of validating/correcting the developments carried out. In order to respect the WCAG 2 standards.

Are you the one? - Yes if:

  • You have a strong passion about working with designers, developers, and other stakeholders to build accessible user experiences.

  • You're knowledgeable in User Experience, Accessibility Testing and WCAG 2

  • You have experience acting as external consultant and coaching teams.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate and defend decisions

The offer

  • Flexible consultancy mission that includes workdays of facilitating training sessions and on a later stage an ad-hoc follow up with the teams.

  • Potential starting date: Mid of November 2020.

  • Duration: Around 40 days until the end of 2021. On & off collaboration depending on the planning and ad-hoc follow ups with team.
