About our role

Our client is a leading banking organisation in Belgium, seeking a creative and skilled Video Content Creator to join their team. This role offers the chance to develop and produce high-quality, engaging video content that enhances the brand and resonates with diverse audiences. Working closely with multiple teams, you’ll ensure all video projects align with business objectives, brand standards, and platform-specific guidelines while leveraging emerging technologies like generative AI to optimise the creative process.

What you will be doing

• Lead audiovisual projects from initial briefings to storyboarding, production, and reporting results.
• Create visually appealing videos by filming and editing independently or partnering with production companies for large-scale projects.
• Oversee the creative process, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with project requirements.
• Deliver platform-optimised video content for websites, intranet, and social media (YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Utilise generative AI tools to enhance creativity and streamline production (ideation, storyboarding, filming, and editing).
• Analyse video performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve engagement and reach.
• Stay up-to-date with video technology trends and share insights with stakeholders.
• Manage multiple video projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are consistently met.

What you bring

• Proven experience in video production and editing from concept to execution.
• Familiarity with generative AI tools and their application in video creation.
• Technical proficiency with industry software like Adobe Creative Suite, Premiere Pro, Adobe Express, Canva, and Capcut.
• Experience directing partners and suppliers to achieve creative goals.
• Understanding of social media platforms and short-form content creation.
• Creative thinker passionate about storytelling, bringing new ideas to the table.
• Active knowledge of Dutch, French, and English..
