About our role:
Our client is a well-established name in Belgium's insurance industry, dedicated to shaping innovative insurance products and customer experiences. They are currently seeking a Value Proposition and Go-to-Market (GTM) Manager to lead their Life & Health Delivery team, focusing on creating customer-centric value propositions and go-to-market strategies. This position will allow you to make an impact across the insurance landscape by defining propositions and digital solutions that delight customers and elevate the client’s market position.
In this role, you’ll join a dedicated team working on end-to-end delivery of strategic projects for Life & Health products. Your contributions will drive initiatives across retail, corporate, and public sector insurance lines, positioning our client’s digital solutions and customer journeys at the forefront of the industry.
What you will be doing:
- Define and implement value propositions, digital solutions, and go-to-market strategies that align with Life & Health product objectives.
- Manage and support a team of specialists in delivering strategic projects from planning to execution, ensuring alignment with our client broader business objectives.
- Lead the implementation of global marketing initiatives that enhance customer journeys and increase engagement with Life & Health products.
- Develop customer-centric digital journeys and services that drive customer acquisition, loyalty, and satisfaction.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to deploy upsell and cross-sell campaigns that strengthen customer relationships.
- Create content that supports SEO objectives, delivering value to targeted segments and boosting visibility.
- Boost digital capabilities by designing marketing materials, awareness campaigns, and communication strategies targeted at B2B and B2C customers.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to keep the team informed and competitive in the Life & Health sector.
What you bring:
- A master's degree, or a bachelor's degree with significant professional experience in marketing.
- Relevant experience, with strong project management and agile methodology skills.
- In-depth knowledge of Life & Health products and an understanding of market evolution and competitor strategies.
- Fluent in French and Dutch, with proficient English communication skills.
- Experience in copywriting, UX writing, and crafting customer-oriented services for complex products.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to create compelling presentations for senior managers and stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability to produce strategic plans, make confident decisions, and propose innovative solutions that prioritise customer experience.
- A collaborative mindset with a passion for working within a supportive team environment.
