UX Designer

Our client is a fast-growing company active in the e-commerce sector with multiple awarded websites.Their e-shops are leaders in their sector and customer satisfaction is their main priority. They understand challenges and opportunities of e-commerce development and are currently expanding our activities through different countries in Europe.

Your challenge

As UX Designer, you will use a mix of creativity and analytical skills to identify website design optimizations and analyse performance metrics. You will develop design solutions that help improve the customer experience on our website.

You should have a strong understanding of website content management systems and transform data into actionable A/B tests and UX frontend improvements.

You will:

  • Work on the entire funnel to optimize the Conversion Rate: Optimize the design and functionalities of key conversion points in the marketing funnel, including landing pages, website calls-to-action, and lead-generating forms,… from a single button to an entire page layout
  • Lead the testing and optimization of UX design to improve conversion: Propose structural improvements, develop hypotheses and execute A/B testings according to the testing plan. Influence mailing & banner designs in your propositions

  • Carry out website analyses: Monitor website performance, watch for traffic drops related to site usability problems and rectify the issues. Monitor industry trends to stay up to speed and ahead of the competition in terms of UX design.

Are you the one? - Your profile

  • Background in Design and experience with UX Design;

  • Knowledge of the e-commerce sector

  • Experience with design tools including Photoshop

  • Very good knowledge of A/B & MVT testing tools

  • Expertise with Google Analytics, User behavior analysis tool, and other analytical tools

  • Experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and/or jQuery

  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
