About our role

Our client is a leading media group in Belgium, known for its innovative digital strategies and strong market presence. They are looking for a talented and inspiring Team Lead Programmatic Sales to lead a high-performing team and drive success in programmatic advertising.

In this role, you will manage and coach a team of three Demand Experts, ensuring revenue growth, client satisfaction, and continuous innovation in digital advertising solutions. If you have a strong commercial mindset, leadership skills, and expertise in programmatic advertising, this is your opportunity to make a lasting impact.

What you will be doing

• Lead, coach, and inspire a team of three Demand Experts.
• Manage strategic accounts and collaborate with internal teams, including digital leads, ad ops, and business development.
• Optimise sales processes by creating business cases and key account plans.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and share insights through presentations and training sessions.
• Provide strategic advice on programmatic advertising solutions to media agencies, advertisers, and internal stakeholders.
• Drive the positioning of Admanager and contribute to the Go-To-Market strategy.

What you bring

• Proven experience in digital advertising, with a strong focus on programmatic advertising.
• Motivational leadership skills, with the ability to bring out the best in your team.
• Strong commercial mindset and ability to manage client relationships and revenue targets.
• Strategic thinking and experience in business planning and process optimisation.
• Excellent communication skills in Dutch, French, and English.
