About our role

Our client is a leader in the banking sector in Belgium, driving innovation and efficiency through customer-centric solutions. They are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to lead the development and optimisation of chatbot solutions. This role is key to enhancing customer interactions, streamlining processes, and ensuring fraud prevention measures align with industry standards.

What you will be doing

• Set up and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, Sprint Planning, and Retrospectives.
• Schedule and follow the key steps of the Scrum methodology to ensure smooth project execution.
• Provide support to the Product Owner concerning the Product Backlog and assist the team in delivering high-quality outputs.
• Track team capacity and velocity metrics for planning and progress purposes.
• Coach and challenge the squad, promoting self-organisation and resolving obstacles effectively.
• Serve as the delivery owner, tracking project milestones and timelines while managing risks and issues.
• Act as an ambassador for agile methods within the organisation.

What you bring

• Relevant experience in agile project management or related fields.
• Proficiency in agile reporting and follow-up tools.
• Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, automated testing tools, and continuous integration processes.
• Expertise in agile methodologies, project management, and end-to-end feature delivery.
• Knowledge of the banking sector, banking products, and chatbot technology is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English and fluency in either Dutch or French.
