Main responsibilities

Translate business objectives, and campaign briefs into a digital marketing strategy, deepening audience insights for better targeting and conversion.

Social and Google campaigns: designing multi-channel campaign plans, set-up and execution of campaigns and continuous optimisation.

Conversion optimisation: analysis and hypothesis formulation, running A/B tests and multivariate tests in Google Optimize.
-
Analysis and reporting: analysis of metrics, deriving actionable insights from (campaign/website) results and reporting to clients.

Collaborate with our in-house data team of cloud architects, data engineers and scientists.

Create presentations and reports that tell stories behind the numbers.

Think critically, share insights and make recommendations that improve the customer journey.

Collaborate with third-parties or other agency partners on joint campaigns.
-
Establish best practices to continue raising the bar for campaign excellence.

Facilitate project deliverables together with internal and client stakeholders.

Able to write the lexicon for DSP, DMP, RTB, CPC, ROAS, etc.

T-shaped profile with the certificates to back it: Google Analytics, Display, Shopping, Video, Search and Facebook Blueprint.

Thorough understanding of SEO and balancing it out with paid.

At least 5 years of hands-on experience creating digital campaigns that work (preferably in an agency).

Apply advanced analytical skills and, along with the data team, combine multiple GMP data sets for better insights, reporting and forecasting.

You can successfully manage multiple campaigns at the same time.

You’re pragmatic and result-oriented with creative problem-solving skills.

Excellent writing, communication and organisational skills are a must.

You’re not afraid of tight deadlines and can work under pressure.

You’re a quick learner who can adapt to new platforms and trends.
